How did we come up with this name? Easy!
We named it after our Awesome Father, James Painter! Our Father graduated from Juab High School in 1948, then married his High School Sweetheart Zoma Deane Warner and then proceeded to have 10 children and build a great family business, Painter Motor Company that still operates this day after 76 years!
Our parents LOVED Nephi and were happily involved in its growth and development. Whether it was welding the original backstops and bleachers at the first Little League BallPark or serving on the Juab School Board and Nephi Chamber of Commerce or Church callings and Civic Clubs our parents lived the American Dream here in Nephi!
It wasn’t hard to pick a name for our new Subdivision. It’ll be even easier for you to pick one of our fantastic homesites for you and your family!
